Service Terms
Plain-language terms for Iron Canyon website packages.
These terms explain what is included, what we need from the client, and how scope, revisions, ownership, and third-party tools work.
View PackagesTHE SHORT VERSION
We build contractor websites from real business details. We do not make up credentials, guarantees, reviews, licensing, service areas, or project results.
Included in launch packages
- Website structure, design, copy draft, mobile layout, contact path, and basic launch checks for the purchased package.
- Basic on-page SEO setup such as titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, sitemap, and schema where useful.
- Reasonable revisions during the active build so the site accurately reflects the business.
- Launch support for the agreed package after required access and approvals are provided.
Not automatically included
- Ongoing SEO, ads, hosting management, monthly reporting, new pages after launch, or continuous updates unless separately agreed.
- Professional photography, logo design, legal review, licensing verification, or guaranteed search rankings.
- Third-party subscription costs, domain renewal, premium plugins, software, stock assets, or paid integrations.
- Work that depends on unavailable access, missing decisions, or unconfirmed business claims.
TERMS
These are written to be practical, not buried in legal language.
Client accuracy
The client is responsible for confirming services, service areas, licenses, warranties, pricing policies, photos, reviews, credentials, and business claims before launch.
Timeline
Any timeline depends on receiving the required intake details, assets, account access, and approvals. Delays in those items can move the launch date.
Revisions
Launch packages include reasonable revisions during the build. Major changes to scope, strategy, page count, integrations, or direction may require a separate quote.
Payment
One-time launch package payments are due through Stripe. Applicable tax may be added by Stripe based on billing information.
Ownership
After payment and launch, the client owns the site content and final deliverable created for their business, excluding third-party platforms, libraries, fonts, stock assets, and tools governed by their own licenses.
No ranking guarantee
SEO setup improves structure and clarity, but search ranking, traffic, leads, revenue, and ad performance are not guaranteed.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, Google tools, form providers, analytics, email, Stripe, maps, and other third-party services may have their own terms, fees, limits, and outages.
Ongoing work
Monthly care, SEO, content updates, reporting, new pages, ads, or growth work can be added under a separate ongoing scope.
Refunds and disputes
Because work begins with planning, copy, design, and setup, refunds are not automatic after production starts. If there is a problem, contact us so we can review the status and scope.
QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING?
If scope is unclear, ask before purchasing. That is cleaner for both sides.
