Common questions
Building across Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert and the West Valley.
What size projects do you take on?
Most of our work runs from $500,000 to $12 million. We’ll tell you straight away if a project is outside the size we build well.
Do you work in occupied buildings?
Yes. We phase the work, keep exits and restrooms open, and move noisy work after hours when the tenants need it.
Can you price a project during design?
Yes. We give budget pricing at schematic design and update it at each drawing set, so there are no surprises on bid day.
How do subcontractors get on your bid list?
Fill in the bid list form with your trade and license number. Our estimators add you and send invitations for projects that need your scope.
